This is one of our larger customers. We do total turnkey production for this job. The board is double sided SMT with many hand soldered through hole components. Some of the components are not designed correctly and have to be custom formed and soldered to the board.

We also do 100% test on the boards. Once they are tested, we conformal coat the boards.

This board is for an aerospace application and must meet IPC class 3.
