This is a backplane board. We did several prototypes, then moved on into production. It looks simple but is actually a very difficult design for manufacturing. We made several recommendations to the customer for extra efficiency.

After the board is built, we perform in-circuit test using a bed of nails fixture on an HP tester.

When the board is finished with ICT, we do final assembly (box build). We program serial numbers and functional test the boards also.
