Capabilities

We offer delivery times ranging from one day to three weeks. We can also handle blanket orders with scheduled deliveries (yearly buys).

Our normal delivery for prototypes is 5 working days, and 15 days for production orders, but production rates vary based on the complexity of the job.

We will work with you to make sure your production needs are met!

Thru-Hole (PTH)

JRE has the skills and personnel needed to assemble all types of traditional through hole assembly projects. Most of our work is IPC 610A class 2, but we can handle class 3 (MILITARY) as well.

Surface Mount (SMT)

Our standard process can handle fine pitch down to 10 mil and ball grid array. We can hand build a prototype, semi-automate small runs, and we have two high speed automated lines for bigger volume. We can handle it all!

Hybrid

Many of today's projects require a combination of technologies. JRE routinely develops processes to efficiently produce boards with two-sided SMT, attached cable harnesses, mixed through-hole and SMT, or all of the above. If you can design it, we can build it!

Test

If required, we can perform a functional test of completed units. Our technicians verify that 100% of the boards are working before shipment. This ensures that the best quality and value are delivered with each shipment!

Box build

Why not let JRE build the whole thing? We love to see the finished product, and we can do the cables, mechanical assembly, functional test, and pack-out in addition to the board stuffing. The end result is a high quality finished product with the simplicity of a single vendor for logistics management!
