Automatic pick and place

Two high speed, four head machines offer the best combination of speed, accuracy, and flexibility for our customers. We have off line programming capability and extra feeders for quick change over. Both machines are identical so one job can be run on either machine, or both at the same time.

Reflow oven

Forced hot air convection provides the most consistent heating for SMT boards. We have two ovens for extra flexibility--we can run two separate process windows at the same time.

Operator Assisted pick and place

Four operator assist stations allow super quick setup for prototypes and quick turns, and allow hand placement of odd form and bulk packaged components.

Stencil Printer

Highly accurate solder paste printing is achieved with the elite stencil printer. This machine provides high quality printing for fine pitch SMT. It also allows the flexibility to place top and bottom stencils on one frame to reduce cost.

Test Bench

JRE's talented technicians can functional test, in-circuit test, and debug customer boards. The end result is 100% quality for dock to stock shipments.

Component Prep

Axial and radial parts forming machines precisely form and cut components to the proper size for through hole assembly. This "gatling gun" model is highly efficient and accurate.
